**b. Usage Data.** When using the Service, we may collect prompts, queries, or messages you input into the AI; interaction logs (timestamps, clicks, feature usage); and your IP address, device type, browser, and operating system.

**c. Cookies & Tracking Technologies.** We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, improve user experience and performance, analyze site traffic and usage, and support analytics and feature personalization. You may adjust cookie settings via your browser; disabling cookies may affect functionality.

## 2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and payments, improve AI performance and accuracy, ensure compliance with legal and safety obligations, and send service-related notices, account updates, or security alerts. CCPA (California Residents).** Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the "sale" of personal data (we do not sell data). No system is 100% secure. Use TactGPT at your own risk, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

TactGPT is intended only for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
