TactGPT Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & U.S.-Only Access

You may use TactGPT only if:

• You are 18 years or older;
• You are physically located in the United States;
• You are not prohibited under federal or state law from accessing firearm-related information.

TactGPT is not intended for use outside the U.S. or by individuals restricted from accessing firearms-related content under applicable laws.

2. Purpose of AI Content and Limitations

TactGPT provides informational AI-generated responses. You acknowledge and agree:

• The Service does not provide legal, tactical, or safety advice;
• Information may not reflect the most current laws or ATF rulings;
• State and local laws vary significantly, and enforcement may be strict (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey);
• You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

We are not liable for your reliance on TactGPT content.

3. Firearms Content Policy Statement

TactGPT respects all federal and state firearm laws and enforces strict limitations on the content it provides. As such:

• The AI does not assist with unlawful firearm modifications (e.g., automatic conversions, suppressors without ATF approval, "ghost guns");
• The Service does not encourage or facilitate circumventing background checks, licensing, or registration requirements;
• The AI will not provide instruction on manufacturing, converting, or assembling prohibited firearms or devices;
• In jurisdictions like California, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and others with special restrictions, users are fully responsible for determining local legality before acting on information.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, violent, or unsafe purposes;
• Upload or input inaccurate, misleading, or malicious prompts;
• Seek guidance that would bypass legal firearm restrictions;
• Use the AI to generate or disseminate hate speech or extremist content;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform.

5. Account & Access

You may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

6. Subscription and Billing Terms

TactGPT may offer free and paid subscription plans:

• Subscription details (features, pricing, billing cycle) are outlined on the site at checkout;
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless cancelled;
• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing cycle;
• We reserve the right to change pricing or features with notice;
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding related to TactGPT are the property of the company or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America. All disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.

13. Intellectual Property & Restrictions on Use

All components of the TactGPT platform, including its software, design, user interface, AI responses, architecture, branding, and all associated technologies, are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other U.S. intellectual property laws. You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Service or its content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover or replicate the underlying source code, models, architecture, or algorithms of TactGPT;
• Use automated scripts, scraping tools, bots, or any manual processes to extract data or replicate functionality;
• Repackage or resell any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

These restrictions apply whether the attempt is partial or complete, and regardless of intent. We aggressively protect our proprietary technology. Violations may result in account termination, civil liability, and/or criminal prosecution under applicable intellectual property and cybersecurity laws.
